EASY "LEVEL 1"

BEGINNERS WORKOUT  

This class varies from 30 to 60 minutes. These classes have basic exercises in common.

Everyone can join these classes.

INTERMEDIATE "LEVEL 2"

SHORTCUT WORKOUT

This class takes 45 minutes and is always based on 50/50 Intervaltraining and Jumping like 1 exercise on the trampolin next exercise 4 minutes strenghtening and then back on the trampolin etc.

Everyone can join these classes.

INTERMEDIATE "LEVEL 2"

FULL BODY STRENGTH

This is the normal class and takes 60 minutes. This class use everything from the book. A lot of jumping and about 20 minutes strengthening.

ADVANCED "LEVEL 3"

LEGS BLASTER

This class takes 75 minutes and is always based on a lot of legtraining and highlevel Jumping.

U have to be in good shape to join these classes.

This class takes 75 minutes and is always based on a lot of powertraining and highlevel Jumping.

U have to be in good shape to join these classes.

This class takes 75 minutes and is always based on a lot of coretraining and highlevel Jumping.

U have to be in good shape to join these classes.
